Wendy & I decided to set up this Memorial for Jaime (our Granddaughter)
For Family & Friends to add your own tribute.
Sadly Jaime passed away peacefully, her parents Jackie & Shane at her bedside on the 24th November 2015 at Little Bridge House Fremington.
     Jamie remained positive & strong throughout her fight with Leukaemia, a shining example and role model to her much loved younger sister Tayla.

               NO WORDS CAN EXPRESS OUR FAMILIES LOSS.....

         Lastly we would like to pass on our gratitude to ALL THE STAFF at
                                                 Little Bridge House
                We as a family thank you all for the care and you gave 
                        Jamie during her stay......
